Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wisdumdum, we strive to provide the best “Smartly Crafted” goods, whether they are handmade or digital. Please read our policy carefully as it varies depending on whether you purchased a physical item or a digital download.
1. Return Policy for Physical Goods (Crochet & Crafts)
We have a 7-day return policy for physical items. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags/packaging intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package within India. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Products (Important)
Due to the nature of digital goods (Software scripts, Wallpapers, PDF Workbooks), all sales on digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once the download link has been sent to your email or accessed via your account, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, as the product cannot be “returned.”
Exceptions for Digital Goods:
We will only offer a replacement or fix if:
- The download link is broken or invalid.
- The file is corrupt or does not match the product description.
Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you face technical issues.
3. Damages and Issues (Physical Goods)
Please inspect your physical order upon delivery. Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Digital Downloads: (As mentioned in Section 2).
- Custom/Personalized Crochet: Items made specifically to your custom order request cannot be returned unless defective.
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items.
5. Cancellations
- Physical Orders: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for shipping. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
- Digital Orders: Instant downloads cannot be canceled once the payment is processed.
6. Refund Process
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Wallet).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
